Who Is NOBODY? was in one Ottawa classroom. In only 2 months over 30 more classrooms individually decided to implement this literacy program, resulting in nearly 1000 unique community outreach projects in the Ottawa area!— Amy Hannah, Safe and Caring Schools Coordinator, OCDSB, ON
Like so many, I’ve felt helpless watching the images coming out of Ukraine and inspired by President Zelensky and all Ukrainians.

Who Is NOBODY? is a resource that offers a way to stop feeling helpless and in turn empowers students in being part of the solution by finding their own personal way of making a difference.

Growing up I had a complicated relationship with food. I’ve been sharing how I got healthy 23+ years ago.

PPS To strength. To spirit. To dreaming. To all Ukrainians.

To President Zelensky visiting hospitals with wounded servicemen.

To all the children and women who said good bye to their husband’s, sons, brothers and fathers to walk miles in freezing temperatures with pet carriers looking for safety…

Leaving everything they love behind and not knowing where they’re going.

To standing up for what you believe in.

To CHANGE STARTING WITH KIDS. To peace, hopefully coming soon.💙💛
