Robbie Goldman a grade 2 student from Forest Hill Public School, exhibits some of the 102 pairs of glasses he and his classmates collected for World Vision.
The students also raised money for donations, shoveled snow and walked dogs for elderly or blind neighbours, among 25 other projects as part of a year-long initiative to take action locally, nationally and globally.
The students also created posters, pictures and a 3-D collage documenting each others efforts, along with a scrapbook and stories to show how they exercised responsible citizenship.
